About the role

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, including scanning and archiving documents
  • Assist in recruitment by scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and administering tests
  • Support tracking leave records, timesheets, and other HR-related data
  • Scan and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts
  • Support data entry into financial systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist in verifying supporting documentation and internal financial control processes
  • Support general office administration including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Assist in procurement by collecting quotations and following up with vendors
  • Support logistics for meetings and events
  • Assist with inventory management and office supply tracking
  • Provide logistical support for work permit and residency applications with government entities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or newly graduated
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or any related field from one of the Jordanian universities
  • Arabic native speaker required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of HR, finance, or administrative procedures (academic or practical exposure)
  • Strong organizational and filing skills, including maintaining digital and physical records
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sensitivity to working with all backgrounds, including LGBTI clients and survivors of trauma
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment
  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of all IRAP matters
  • Ability to commit between 16-24 hours per week
  • Authorization to intern in Jordan is required
