About the role
- Lead strategic engagements with state and local partners to raise awareness
- Plan and implement partner engagement strategy that aligns with overall product release plan
- Work closely with public health SMEs and senior program leadership to identify potential partners
- Develop partner advocacy network with clear roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate as an integrated member of a multidisciplinary project team
- Align partner engagement efforts with overall program change management activities
- Use strong presentation skills to convey program priorities and recommendations
- Facilitate discussions with high-level stakeholders to drive program planning
- Manage the execution of materials development to support partner engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- At least 2 years experience advising on large scale projects and programs impacting public health practice
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, public administration, or a related field, with Master’s degree as a plus
- Preferred experience supporting public sector data modernization initiatives
- Experience collaborating closely with clients to offer strategic guidance in partner engagement
- Strong facilitator, comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving environments
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, prioritizing, and independent working abilities.
