About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead APAC compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and annual compensation cycles
- Oversee APAC benefits strategy, renewals, and vendor partnerships
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards advisor for APAC leaders and HR partners
- Collaborate with US‑based Global Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and HR teams
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay analysis, and cost modeling
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards
- Support global initiatives such as pay equity, transparency, and M&A integration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits with APAC regional exposure
- Proven experience working with US or global stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, market pricing, and incentive plans
- Solid understanding of APAC benefits and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
