Account Manager

• Manage Non-Agency loan pipeline across origination channels, investors, and third-party review firms to meet SLAs and performance targets
• Review and resolve complex underwriting, compliance, and disclosure conditions
• Coordinate loan scenarios and exceptions with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain delivery systems, tools, and procedures to support investor requirements
• Ensure adherence to investor, PHH, and regulatory guidelines; identify and resolve discrepancies through cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Capital Markets, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Training teams to support delivery and execution
• Stay current on Non-Agency and Agency guidelines and regulatory changes
• Lead team operations including capacity planning, performance management, and resource allocation
• Monitor and report on compliance, quality, productivity, and production metrics
• Drive process improvements to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and improve client experience
• Collaborate with Risk and Capital Markets on product development and quality trend analysis
• Foster employee engagement and development through coaching, training, and mentoring
