• Design and deliver targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including email, print, and web channels.
• Leverage predictive models and customer data to create relevant campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; identify trends to optimize conversion and ROI.
• Manage cross-sell initiatives by developing campaign cadences and rotating offers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing and cross-sell strategies.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and with high quality.
• Track and manage campaign spend to improve efficiency and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
