About the role
- Design and deliver targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including email, print, and web channels.
- Leverage predictive models and customer data to create relevant campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; identify trends to optimize conversion and ROI.
- Manage cross-sell initiatives by developing campaign cadences and rotating offers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing and cross-sell strategies.
- Partner with external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Track and manage campaign spend to improve efficiency and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to align campaigns to the customer journey.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Act-On, or similar).
- Proven track record executing direct mail/print and email campaigns from strategy through delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
