About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead effective project management across Trips to the Field and Speakers Bureau operations;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for backend operations management using Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other identified platforms;
  • Coordinate operational processes, timelines, and workflows to ensure requests and engagements are executed effectively from preparation through close-out;
  • Partner closely with the Global Survivor Network to ensure policy alignment, consistency, and right-sized end-to-end support for Survivor Speaker engagements;
  • Ensure requesting teams meet training, hosting, and policy requirements prior to engagements;
  • Drive schedules for itineraries, briefing calls, preparation milestones, and engagement follow-ups;
  • Support preparation of speaker remarks and coordination with internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with Finance and other internal teams to ensure honorariums and compensation are processed when applicable;
  • Maintain organized backend data and reporting to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement;
  • Participation in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, logistics, or a related operational role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects and tasks simultaneously to completion
  • Experience working cross-culturally and in trauma-informed settings
  • Proven effectiveness collaborating on cross-functional teams
  • Experience communicating with and producing materials for executive audiences
