About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead effective project management across Trips to the Field and Speakers Bureau operations;
- Serve as a primary point of contact for backend operations management using Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other identified platforms;
- Coordinate operational processes, timelines, and workflows to ensure requests and engagements are executed effectively from preparation through close-out;
- Partner closely with the Global Survivor Network to ensure policy alignment, consistency, and right-sized end-to-end support for Survivor Speaker engagements;
- Ensure requesting teams meet training, hosting, and policy requirements prior to engagements;
- Drive schedules for itineraries, briefing calls, preparation milestones, and engagement follow-ups;
- Support preparation of speaker remarks and coordination with internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Finance and other internal teams to ensure honorariums and compensation are processed when applicable;
- Maintain organized backend data and reporting to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement;
- Participation in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, logistics, or a related operational role
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects and tasks simultaneously to completion
- Experience working cross-culturally and in trauma-informed settings
- Proven effectiveness collaborating on cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating with and producing materials for executive audiences
