Lead and grow IJM’s mass audience revenue across monthly giving, one-time donations, seasonal campaigns, and advocacy moments
Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for U.S. mass market fundraising, including campaign roadmaps, segmentation, testing plans, and product positioning
Design and optimize the full supporter journey from lead generation through conversion, retention, and loyalty to increase lifetime value
Own creation, innovation, and performance of mass market fundraising products and seasonal campaigns; lead rapid testing of new giving formats and pricing models
Oversee multichannel engagement across web, email, social, paid media, SMS, and offline and collaborate with global/regional teams to scale best practices
Partner with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, lead A/B testing, and build dashboards for real-time reporting
Lead and grow a high-performing team across campaign management, acquisition, retention, and supporter experience; manage agencies and platform partners
Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer; role is hybrid in DC (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) or remote for non-local candidates; must have right to work in the United States
Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in fundraising, direct response marketing, digital acquisition, or consumer engagement roles, with a strong track record of revenue growth
Proven success in developing and executing multichannel mass marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media
Experience managing large-scale donor/customer acquisition and retention programs
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, scale campaigns, and manage complex go-to-market plans
Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), donor journey design, and marketing automation platforms
Experience working in or alongside global organizations or multi-region campaigns is a plus
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
Data-driven with experience in performance marketing, segmentation, and optimization
Collaborative and cross-functional leader with excellent communication and influence skills
Ability to manage vendors, creative teams, and media agencies for optimal performance
Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed; strong ethic of service and a passion for IJM
