About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and secure aircraft aligned with client needs, safety standards, and availability
  • Develop and manage a preferred operator network
  • Negotiate pricing, availability, and terms with operators and vendors
  • Optimize sourcing strategies for Speed, Reliability, Margin performance
  • Partner with Sales to support high win-rate quoting
  • Own the Jetvia White Glove Service Standard
  • Ensure consistent Communication cadence, Elite/VIP handling, Passenger Preference Profile execution
  • Oversee all client-facing communication quality
  • Implement: Elite communication standards, VIP timing protocols, Post-flight follow-up process
  • Oversee end-to-end client journey: Quote → Booking → Trip → Follow-up
  • Ensure all trip details are Accurate, Clearly communicated, Delivered without friction
  • Coordinate with Trip Support Operations Manager on execution
  • Review all customer feedback and implement any changes
  • Assist in building: Membership tiers (Empty Legs / Charter), Pricing frameworks, Service tiers
  • Identify opportunities, Increase retail conversion & enhance client retention
  • Manage and develop a team of 3–4 brokerage / concierge specialists
  • Set expectations for Response time, Quote accuracy, Client communication
  • Conduct Weekly performance reviews & Quarterly evaluations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Charter brokerage, Aviation sales, Client experience
  • Strong operator network preferred
  • Deep understanding of Part 135 / 91.
  • Aircraft sourcing platforms (Avinode, etc.)
