Brokerage and Operations Manager
International Jet Aviation ServicesBrokerage & Customer Experience Manager overseeing aircraft sourcing, client experience, and revenue execution for Jetvia. Managing a team to ensure White Glove service and client satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and secure aircraft aligned with client needs, safety standards, and availability
- Develop and manage a preferred operator network
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and terms with operators and vendors
- Optimize sourcing strategies for Speed, Reliability, Margin performance
- Partner with Sales to support high win-rate quoting
- Own the Jetvia White Glove Service Standard
- Ensure consistent Communication cadence, Elite/VIP handling, Passenger Preference Profile execution
- Oversee all client-facing communication quality
- Implement: Elite communication standards, VIP timing protocols, Post-flight follow-up process
- Oversee end-to-end client journey: Quote → Booking → Trip → Follow-up
- Ensure all trip details are Accurate, Clearly communicated, Delivered without friction
- Coordinate with Trip Support Operations Manager on execution
- Review all customer feedback and implement any changes
- Assist in building: Membership tiers (Empty Legs / Charter), Pricing frameworks, Service tiers
- Identify opportunities, Increase retail conversion & enhance client retention
- Manage and develop a team of 3–4 brokerage / concierge specialists
- Set expectations for Response time, Quote accuracy, Client communication
- Conduct Weekly performance reviews & Quarterly evaluations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in Charter brokerage, Aviation sales, Client experience
- Strong operator network preferred
- Deep understanding of Part 135 / 91.
- Aircraft sourcing platforms (Avinode, etc.)
