• Working as a core member of a dedicated ICI Team.
• Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, architects, engineers, design partners, subcontractors, trades and internal team members.
• Managing the day to day activities of complicated project sites in the retail, restaurant and auto markets and ensuring top-quality results through effective management of resources and the construction process.
• Maintaining a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping regulations and safety requirements, enforcing safe work habits and observing OSHA and any state-level agencies' regulations
• Overseeing and Inspecting work in progress against designs, plans, specifications, subcontracts/scopes, shop drawings and overall craftsmanship.
• Reducing project risk by reliably documenting and managing jobsite details, reporting on daily progress, conducting weekly site meetings and inspections, developing six-week look ahead schedules and managing the overall schedule.
• Maintain client relationships by meeting and managing client expectations, professionally addressing any concern or escalating issues as appropriate.

• Responsible for the overall success of the construction project
• Participate in the development of the project, oversee scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Responsible for the year-end profit and/or loss of projects
• Supervision of other Project Managers, Project Engineers and Interns
• Nurture client and A/E relationships with long standing clients
• Engage with business development in acquiring and building new relationships
• Collaborate with the Project Team to establish, monitor and achieve project goals
• Prepare profit projections
• Lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects
• Write detailed scopes of work, review and evaluate bids and provide value design suggestions
• Hold overall responsibility for safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout
• Organize and create structure for successful projects while being flexible and comfortable with change
• Manage communication and resolve any conflicts
• Manage and mitigate risk throughout project lifecycle
• Active part of the business development team, build lasting client and A/E relationships while simultaneously driving results
• Ensure quality construction, safety standards and proper use of construction techniques
• Accurately estimate and value engineer projects from conceptual budget thru construction documents
• Provide initial schedule for estimating and bidding purposes and detailed baseline schedule for construction activities utilizing Microsoft Schedule
• Ensure compliance with all Owner contract requirements
• Regular travel to job sites, some may be out of state
• Utilize project management software systems in place (Procore) to record and track all project documentation
• Manage projects in progress including vendor coordination, conflict resolution, documentation and ensuring quality and safety
• Manage project costs through ongoing evaluation of labor, material and equipment and continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures and profits through project completion
• Maintain open, responsive, and professional communication with all team members
