About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive and effectively analyze purchasing requests
Determine the best source of supply for each order
Analyze and validate appropriate sourcing options
Prepare and send requests for quotation (RFQ) or requests for tender (RFT)
Provide awarding recommendations based on quality, price, delivery time, and other factors
Prepare accurate and transparent selection tables with supporting documentation
Collaborate with logistics divisions and internal customers
Prepare contracts for the purchase of goods and services
Follow up on purchases and deliveries
Maintain excellent records for compliance purposes
Conduct market surveys and price and quality benchmarking
Participate in and coordinate supplier assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
Experience in the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical sectors, or equivalent fields is an asset
Good knowledge of the local market
Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
Proficiency in computer skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and effectively under supervision
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work within a diverse, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team
Certifications in relevant fields, particularly medical or health-related disciplines, are considered an advantage
