About the role
- Supports the operational readiness objectives for the People department of the ICRC.
- Acts as the primary interface between Global Deployment & Mobility objectives and ICT stakeholders.
- Engages proactively with BPOs to capture requirements and translate complex operational needs into clear technical user stories.
- Leads the Agile delivery team by defining, prioritizing, and managing the backlog across the HR Product Team.
- Ensures product follows architecture and infrastructure guidelines, guaranteeing technical coherence.
- Accountable for achieving milestones and maintaining non-functional requirements like performance, stability, and security.
Requirements
- 8-10 years’ overall professional experience
- 3-5 years in a Product Owner or similar Agile role within a complex international environment.
- Proven experience in integrating and running technical solutions and a mastery of agile development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Administration, or HR; Agile Certification is desirable.
- Excellent command of English; French is a strong asset.
