Research and build targeted prospect lists of global organizations.
Proactively prospect and connect potential partners through a multi-platform cold outreach strategy (LinkedIn, Email, Phone, Events).
Progress qualified leads through the sales pipeline, converting them into partnerships and onboarding them onto our technology platform.
Lead and execute discovery calls and presentations with a variety of organizations across different industries and locations.
Convert prospects into partners & manage the onboarding process.
Work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative communication & social selling strategies that build thought leadership and engagement.
Research, build and manage data lists of prospective clients.
Continuously improve processes through automation & technology.
Provide support and expertise to new partners on internship design, training and structure.
Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management, or recruitment, with a successful track record in client acquisition and relationship building
Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and strong time management
Entrepreneurial/start-up experience is a plus
Proficiency with data and sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience managing clients through the full sales cycle
Target-driven with a results-focused mindset
Exceptional organizational skills and a growth-oriented mindset
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
Willingness to travel semi-regularly to London for client meetings, conferences, events, and training (approximately once a quarter)
Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for travel, education, and cultural exchange.
