About the role

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of global organizations.
  • Proactively prospect and connect potential partners through a multi-platform cold outreach strategy (LinkedIn, Email, Phone, Events).
  • Progress qualified leads through the sales pipeline, converting them into partnerships and onboarding them onto our technology platform.
  • Lead and execute discovery calls and presentations with a variety of organizations across different industries and locations.
  • Convert prospects into partners & manage the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative communication & social selling strategies that build thought leadership and engagement.
  • Research, build and manage data lists of prospective clients.
  • Continuously improve processes through automation & technology.
  • Provide support and expertise to new partners on internship design, training and structure.
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management, or recruitment, with a successful track record in client acquisition and relationship building
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and strong time management
  • Entrepreneurial/start-up experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with data and sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience managing clients through the full sales cycle
  • Target-driven with a results-focused mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel semi-regularly to London for client meetings, conferences, events, and training (approximately once a quarter)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for travel, education, and cultural exchange.
