Accounting Manager

• Invoicing & payment monitoring: Independently prepare and send invoices on time, proactively resolve discrepancies, and monitor incoming payments.
• Campaign status & financial administration: Maintain the current status of individual campaigns and work closely with the team on necessary adjustments.
• Credit card reconciliations: Process credit card statements and handle employee expenses.
• Review & reimbursements: Verify incoming invoices for accuracy, ensure timely payments, and promptly reimburse expenses.
• Independently perform postings in DATEV (transitioning to NetSuite)
