About the role
- Planning, execution and optimization of lead campaigns across Google Ads, social and native ads
- Ongoing analysis of funnel performance, CPL/CPA and conversion rates
- Creation, testing and optimization of creatives and landing pages
- Close collaboration with the Creative and Data teams
- Market and competitor analysis
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and native advertising
- Experience using various AI tools for campaign optimization
- Confident handling of tracking, tag management, Google Analytics, A/B testing and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset and a passion for testing & growth
- Creative sensibility for ad creatives and messaging
- Team player with initiative, an independent working style and business-fluent German (negotiation-level)
