About the role

  • Scripting and prompting
  • Definition and maintenance of tone and behavioral guidelines
  • Analysis & optimization: evaluation of call logs, transcripts and KPIs (e.g., drop-off rates, success rates, call duration)
  • Hypothesis generation, design of A/B tests and implementation of iterative improvements
  • Quality management: identification of failure cases (misunderstandings, escalations) and development of robust fallbacks
  • Documentation of guidelines and best practices
  • Close coordination with Sales/Call Center/Business Unit Management (controlling) on product goals, offer specifics and qualification criteria
  • Interface with IT/Tech (no deep coding required; however, willingness to learn tools and work with them daily)
  • Rollout planning, versioning and change management for agent updates
  • Monitoring and alerting for critical metrics.

Requirements

  • Very strong language skills and structured writing (German required; English is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset, high quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Technical curiosity and tool affinity (e.g., working with Telli, prompting, simple logic/flows)
  • Experience in copywriting, content and/or prompting, ideally with voice agents
  • Experience with KPIs/dashboards, A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization
  • Experience with call center/sales processes
  • Basic understanding of data structures/rules (if-then logic, variables, tags)
