About the role

  • Scripting and prompting: Excellent command of language and structured writing (German; English is a plus)
  • Analysis & optimization: Evaluation of call logs, transcripts and KPIs (e.g., dropout rates, success rates, call duration)
  • Formulating hypotheses, planning A/B tests and implementing iterative improvements
  • Quality management: Identifying error cases (misunderstandings, escalations) and developing robust fallbacks
  • Documenting guidelines and best practices
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with sales/call center/business unit management (controlling) on product goals, offer specifics and qualification criteria
  • Interface to IT/tech (no deep coding required; willingness to learn tools and work with them daily required)
  • Operations: Rollout planning, versioning and change management for agent updates
  • Monitoring and alerting for critical metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent command of language and structured writing (German; English is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset, high quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Technical curiosity and affinity for tools (e.g., working with Telli, prompting, simple logic/flows)
  • Experience in copywriting, content and/or prompting - ideally with voice agents
  • Familiarity with KPIs/dashboards, A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization
  • Experience with call center/sales processes
  • Basic understanding of data structures/rules (if-then logic, variables, tags)
  • Mindset: ownership, pragmatic, experimental
  • Team player with clear communication and enthusiasm for iterative improvement
