About the role
- Lead technical project delivery by coordinating internal and external resources
- Own and lead multiple client projects from initiation through closeout
- Ensure proactive communication, labor forecasting, budget management, and documentation
- Meet or exceed departmental KPIs and stretch pNPS goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role
- Experience in project management within the Tech and IT fields preferred
- Ability to lead project handoff and kickoff meetings
- Prepare and deliver weekly project labor forecasts
- Monitor and evaluate open projects regularly
- Proactively manage costs and labor allocation
- Follow Project Delivery SOPs
- Own client onboarding coordination with CSMs, Leads, and Engineers
- Secure client sign-offs on all project deliverables
