About the role
- Configure and customize client solutions using our platform tools, workflows, and integrations.
- Build and manage workflows, data mappings, and automations (using JSON, JavaScript, scripting logic, etc.).
- Translate client requirements into technical configurations in collaboration with implementation managers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues during onboarding and post-go-live.
- Document configurations and solutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and test new features.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical implementation, healthcare IT, or systems analyst role.
- Working knowledge of JSON, APIs, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with healthcare systems integration (e.g., EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR) a strong plus.
- Bonus Points For: Experience with RESTful APIs, Postman, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of middleware systems like Zapier, Make, Workato, or Boomi.
