About the role

  • Partner with Product Leaders and Product Owners to prioritize and shape design work across one or more products
  • Translate product strategy and customer insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Participate in and support customer-facing design sprints to validate concepts, workflows, and usability
  • Prepare design assets, specifications, and acceptance-ready artifacts ahead of quarterly planning
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality
  • Apply and contribute to shared design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, synthesis, and iteration
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing experiences with a focus on clarity, usability, and visual quality
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to raising the overall design bar

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of UX, UI, or product design experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, visual craftsmanship, and design quality
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, libraries, and shared systems
  • Experience working closely with engineers in an agile product development environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting or participating in design sprints
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and advocate for customer needs
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over design quality
