About the role
- Partner with Product Leaders and Product Owners to prioritize and shape design work across one or more products
- Translate product strategy and customer insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Participate in and support customer-facing design sprints to validate concepts, workflows, and usability
- Prepare design assets, specifications, and acceptance-ready artifacts ahead of quarterly planning
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality
- Apply and contribute to shared design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, synthesis, and iteration
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing experiences with a focus on clarity, usability, and visual quality
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to raising the overall design bar
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of UX, UI, or product design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, visual craftsmanship, and design quality
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, libraries, and shared systems
- Experience working closely with engineers in an agile product development environment
- Hands-on experience supporting or participating in design sprints
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and advocate for customer needs
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over design quality
