About the role
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build robust business cases for new investments, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, competitive positioning, and risk assessment.
- Present product recommendations, roadmaps, and progress updates to executive leadership, articulating the “why” behind key decisions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, market opportunity, revenue potential, and strategic fit.
- Engage directly with customers through interviews, workshops, and beta programs to uncover pain points and identify unmet market needs.
- Champion a customer-first mindset while balancing commercial priorities and technical feasibility.
- Drive continuous innovation — exploring new business models, technologies, and AI-driven capabilities to keep Togetherwork at the forefront of SaaS solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to speed time-to-market and improve decision quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Partner closely with product owners to translate strategy into actionable user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering and delivery teams to bring products from concept to code, ensuring clarity, quality, and velocity.
- Collaborate with UX and design to deliver beautiful, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market plans, product launches, and adoption strategies.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, iterating quickly based on market feedback and performance data.
- Manage trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality to ensure successful, high-impact releases.
- Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, failing fast, and scaling what works.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit software, consumer mobile apps, or similar industries.
- Proven success building and launching products that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience working in complex, multi-product environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen — able to create investment cases, forecast ROI, and prioritize based on impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
- Deep customer empathy and a track record of translating customer insights into successful products.
- Hands-on experience working with delivery teams, including product owners, engineers, and designers based on Agile methodologies.
- Comfortable with AI and automation tools, and eager to apply them across the product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
