About the role
- Own and evolve multi-quarter strategic product roadmaps aligned to portfolio goals and market opportunities.
- Translate complex strategic objectives into clear product themes, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify emerging customer needs, competitive shifts, and market trends to inform new product investments.
- Anticipate long-term risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to Product Leadership.
- Lead rigorous product discovery using qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and prototyping.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely delivery.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making to maintain alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomes.
- Serve as a senior voice of the customer, synthesizing insights into strategic opportunities.
- Monitor adoption, performance, and product health metrics; define corrective actions when needed.
- Champion customer delight by embedding quality, usability, and accessibility into all decisions.
- Lead customer interviews, advisory councils, and structured feedback loops for major initiatives.
- Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on launch planning for high-visibility releases.
- Develop compelling value narratives, feature positioning, enablement materials, and customer messaging.
- Ensure internal teams and external stakeholders are prepared and confident ahead of launches.
- Communicate roadmap direction, insights, progress, and risks with clarity, confidence, and transparency.
- Influence leaders and peers using data-driven storytelling and strong product narratives.
- Build durable relationships across Engineering, Sales, CX, and Operations to drive shared accountability.
- Collaborate with product leadership on portfolio-wide strategic initiatives.
- Represent Togetherwork in customer, partner, and industry conversations as needed.
- Participate in conferences, customer meetings, and research events.
- Bring external insights back into the organization to meaningfully shape product strategy.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or software products.
- Demonstrated success building and executing multi-quarter product strategies.
- Experience operating in multi-product, cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.
- Strong customer research, product analytics, and experiment design expertise.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive and customer presentations.
- Deep experience with backlog management, requirements development, and end-to-end delivery.
- Hands-on collaboration with Product Owners, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Comfort representing the product externally with customers and partners.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product workflows or outcomes (preferred).
