About the role

  • Develop and expand relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market development
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Manage pricing strategies, product assortments, and service solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues when necessary
  • Support operational performance across the assigned market to ensure service quality, efficiency, and accountability

  • Develop forecasts and account plans to support revenue growth

  • Contribute to company initiatives that improve market performance and customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or market leadership roles
  • Proven ability to develop business relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Experience working with single-family homebuilders
  • Background in construction, building materials, or related industries
  • Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to balance sales execution with operational coordination
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial and analytical awareness related to revenue, margin, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
