💰 $75,000 - $200,000 per year

About the role

  • Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify products that meet their needs
  • Use provided tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services
  • Present industry-leading product samples and use technology to assist in closing sales
  • Work leads that are 100% lead generated; no cold calling
  • Conduct pre-qualified, pre-set appointments (including evenings and weekends)
  • Coordinate with in-house financing division, customer service, and sales managers
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
  • Manage time and work processes independently to meet sales goals

Requirements

  • Honesty and integrity
  • Comfortable with using technology throughout the sales process
  • Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening- communication skills

  • Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and car insurance
  • Prior home improvement sales experience is a plus
