💰 $75,000 - $200,000 per year
About the role
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify products that meet their needs
- Use provided tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services
- Present industry-leading product samples and use technology to assist in closing sales
- Work leads that are 100% lead generated; no cold calling
- Conduct pre-qualified, pre-set appointments (including evenings and weekends)
- Coordinate with in-house financing division, customer service, and sales managers
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Manage time and work processes independently to meet sales goals
Requirements
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Strong work ethic, drive, ambition, and focus
- Honesty and integrity
- Comfortable with using technology throughout the sales process
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written, verbal, and listening- communication skills
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and car insurance
- Prior home improvement sales experience is a plus
