About the role
- Strategic corporate leadership: actively shaping company strategy as a member of the executive team with a focus on profitable growth and market leadership in the IT leasing segment
- Overall responsibility for developing and implementing an integrated sales and marketing strategy — consistently aligned with the company’s overarching goals
- Designing concrete roadmaps for sustainable scaling, market positioning and differentiation from competitors
- Leading Sales & Marketing
- Overall responsibility for Sales & Marketing including budget and results accountability
- Developing and implementing a scalable growth strategy — from brand positioning and lead generation to customer retention
- Optimizing go-to-market activities with a focus on efficiency, operational excellence and a seamless customer journey
- KPI-based performance management, reliable forecasting and regular pipeline reviews for targeted steering
- Responsible for reviewing and further developing pricing strategy in close collaboration with management
- Contributing to the design and implementation of attractive, performance-oriented compensation models in cooperation with Finance and HR
- Identifying market and competitive opportunities as well as customer needs to develop data-driven, targeted scaling strategies
- Deriving and implementing targeted measures for continuous optimization of the product portfolio and innovative features based on solid market analyses
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a cross-functional senior management position, ideally in SaaS, platform or rental/leasing businesses
- Proven experience in developing and scaling marketing strategies — with a focus on self-service models and data-driven growth
- Several years of experience building, optimizing and managing high-performing sales organizations — including successful upselling, cross-selling and customer retention strategies
- Solid knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management — from onboarding to churn prevention
- Experience automating conversion funnels using modern CRM systems and customer journey mapping
- Expertise in performance marketing and conversion-oriented SEO
- Strong understanding of the close collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support during dynamic growth phases
- Persuasive leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams and coaching skills
- Strong communication skills as well as fluent German and solid English skills.
