About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Product Owner for a development squad, acting as the focal point for the team and ensuring deliveries align with the organization’s strategic objectives;
Actively participate in understanding and mapping new requests and projects, interfacing with clients and requesting areas to capture full scope;
Continuously monitor projects, driving operational excellence and ensuring the quality of deliveries;
Develop and map processes using agile methodologies and specific frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
Lead and oversee execution of action plans related to project deliveries, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and established processes;
Conduct executive reporting meetings, presenting project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and ensure the product meets required needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Product Management: experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles.
Agile Development: experience in agile environments, working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
Business Analysis: ability to understand and map business processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
Project Leadership: experience leading projects from conception through delivery and ongoing operation.
Preferred: postgraduate degree / MBA.
Preferred: experience with automation projects.
Preferred: technical English and Spanish.
Preferred: certifications relevant to project management / Scrum / Agile.
