Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze requirements and define scope needs;
Coordinate projects, leading the activities of IT infrastructure specialist teams;
Communicate project information and lead meetings integrating technical teams, project teams and vendors;
Prepare and execute integrations, test plans, UAT/acceptance, change plans and their implementation/post-implementation follow-up, including the schedule for each project;
Provide support to resolve issues that occur in implemented projects, working with specialist teams and organizing action plans;
Responsible for creating and maintaining all documentation (topologies/layouts/procedures) for deployed solutions and operations.

Experience in projects and in integrating the technologies detailed above (as a project participant)
Must be an IT department employee
Performance evaluation rating of at least "Good Performance"
