About the role
- Responsible for technical strategy and providing technology expertise.
- Lead technical meetings and deliver product and solution presentations.
- Identify needs and opportunities.
- Propose projects aligned with the solutions being sold.
- Assess and analyze customer requirements.
- Recommend solutions that best meet strategic objectives.
- Stay continuously updated on new technologies and market trends.
- Define, plan, manage, and report on the outcomes of strategic projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
- Postgraduate degree/MBA desirable in Project Management, Innovation, Digital Transformation, or Business.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Experience managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Solution architecture and systems integration.
- Agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Cloud, or Analytics tools (depending on company segment).
- Advanced English (preferred).
