About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and maximise business opportunities across the full customer mix within the specified territory
- Develop and implement an area specific business development plan
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing & potential customers
- Identify and report all sales opportunities in SalesForce (CRM)
- Collaborate with colleagues with integrity on projects across territory lines
- Sell and influence the sale of Interface products and services
- Understand customer requirements for sustainability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of selling interior products and/or B2B industry experience
- Experience of project long-term selling cycles
- Evidence of success in business development in a target driven field sales role
- Team player
- Full driving licence
- Computer literate (to include excel)
- High motivation, dynamism and autonomy to develop own business on own territory
