Business Development Executive
InterDevBusiness Development Executive responsible for driving new business growth by developing strategic relationships. Focused on government and commercial clients, managing a strong sales pipeline.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective government and commercial clients.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to support company growth objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, performance metrics, and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities.
- Represent InterDev at conferences, industry events, networking functions, and business meetings.
- Prepare and present updates during weekly business development and sales meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in government, public sector, or technology-related sales environments preferred
- Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting tools
- Experience responding to RFPs or government procurement opportunities preferred
