Support the delivery of cybersecurity services that protect client systems, networks, and sensitive data
Implement and monitor security controls, identify vulnerabilities, and assist with detection and response to security incidents
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure security services and projects are delivered consistently
Assist in the development and maintenance of security plans, policies, procedures, and operational standards
Monitor client environments for suspicious activity, security alerts, and potential threats
Provide appropriate and timely internal and client notifications regarding security issues, threats, or operational concerns

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of professional experience in an IT or cybersecurity role with security-related responsibilities
Experience in system administration, network administration, or a related technical support role preferred
Foundational networking or security certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications preferred
Experience administering Microsoft Windows environments including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and vulnerability management processes
Familiarity with endpoint security platforms, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and multi-factor authentication
Understanding of networking fundamentals and client/server communication within and across network boundaries.
