About the role
- Assist the Sales team and Commercial Management with their daily tasks.
- Handle inquiries addressed to the hotel (business travelers, seminars, leisure groups, dinners, cocktails, etc.) and identify client expectations to respond to their needs with high quality.
- Coordinate events with the banqueting teams and external suppliers.
- Conduct research and analysis on target markets and competitors.
- Assist in organizing and hosting fam trips and events for hotel clients.
- Perform any other ad hoc or regular tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Hospitality Management (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous similar experience.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Energetic, well‑organized, and ethical.
- Curious, continuously aware of your environment, and proactive in proposing ideas.
- Maintain confidentiality of handled information.
- Demonstrate rigor and intellectual integrity (handling important or sensitive files).
- Possess analytical skills and the ability to anticipate.
- Consistently ensure courteous and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
