About the role

  • Assist the Sales team and Commercial Management with their daily tasks.
  • Handle inquiries addressed to the hotel (business travelers, seminars, leisure groups, dinners, cocktails, etc.) and identify client expectations to respond to their needs with high quality.
  • Coordinate events with the banqueting teams and external suppliers.
  • Conduct research and analysis on target markets and competitors.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting fam trips and events for hotel clients.
  • Perform any other ad hoc or regular tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Hospitality Management (Master's degree preferred).
  • Previous similar experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Energetic, well‑organized, and ethical.
  • Curious, continuously aware of your environment, and proactive in proposing ideas.
  • Maintain confidentiality of handled information.
  • Demonstrate rigor and intellectual integrity (handling important or sensitive files).
  • Possess analytical skills and the ability to anticipate.
  • Consistently ensure courteous and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
