About the role

  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing occupancy across the hotel, restaurants, and conference & banquet spaces.
  • Design graphic materials (posters, brochures, newsletters, sales presentations, offers, etc.) that align with InterContinental’s “Discreet Luxury” positioning.
  • Assist in creating and updating visual assets according to the needs of different hotel departments.
  • Support the development of communication content in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist with photo shoot organization, from planning to selecting final visuals.
  • Maintain and regularly update the photo library to ensure consistent use of imagery across communication materials.
  • Help source suppliers for marketing materials (print, digital, promotional items).
  • Assist in managing tender processes, supporting negotiations where needed.
  • Contribute to the management of the hotel’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support the setup of social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Contribute to implementing SEO (organic) and SEA (paid search) strategies.
  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns and managing contact lists.
  • Track and coordinate communications activities with influencers, the press, and partners.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 program in marketing, communications, or digital studies, with a specialization in digital marketing or visual creation.
  • Strong command of graphic creation tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.) and office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and online advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Interest in the luxury sector and an understanding of the InterContinental brand positioning.
  • Creative, autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized.
  • Sensitivity to the expectations of high-end clientele and the ability to convey the brand’s luxury image.
