Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support and act as the primary contact for key users
Plan, coordinate, and execute release management
Coordinate and manage internal and external developers
Actively support and provide expert guidance for the migration from NAV to Business Central
Design, implement, and document functional and technical solutions
Plan and deliver user training
Handle administrative and system-level tasks within Business Central

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable IT qualification
Several years of experience implementing, supporting, or developing ERP systems in the Microsoft ecosystem
Very good knowledge of AL, ideally with additional experience in C/AL
Experience working with DevOps servers
Good understanding of business processes and data flows
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and commitment
Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills for international communication
