About the role

  • Be the first point of contact in the GTM organization for target and incentive issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting the implementation of new approaches.
  • Assist with strategic projects across the Sales Strategy & Planning team.
  • Partner with teammates across RevOps and GTM to provide accurate, timely insights that drive decision-making.
  • Support ad hoc requests from Sales leadership, including data pulls, reporting, and documentation.
  • Develop an understanding of how sales strategy, processes, and tools connect to broader business outcomes.
  • Build foundational expertise in sales operations with mentorship and guidance from senior teammates.
  • Gain hands-on experience with GTM targets, incentive design, processes, data analysis, and systems.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or AI environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a genuine passion for tackling complex, unstructured challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Understanding of sales systems and related tools, particularly Salesforce.com (bonus).
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) or SQL (bonus).
  • Familiarity with knowledge management or enterprise AI tools (e.g., Glean) (bonus).
  • Prior work in high-growth, performance-focused environments (bonus).
