About the role
- The Recruiting Manager will lead and scale the company’s talent acquisition function.
- Responsible for both leading the recruiting team and carrying a full requisition load.
- Design recruiting strategies, optimize processes, and ensure consistent attraction of top talent.
- Reports directly to the Chief People Officer and plays a critical role in predictable hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
- Experience in insurance, TPA, healthcare, or other highly regulated, compliance-driven industries strongly preferred.
- Proven working knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS systems, metrics-driven recruiting, diversity initiatives, and hiring dashboards.
