About the role

  • Active prospecting of new business opportunities (Hunter profile) and strategic management of the existing client portfolio (Farmer profile), ensuring excellence in service and customer retention;
  • Development and implementation of tailored action plans for client retention and growth, with a focus on short-, medium- and long-term upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Close monitoring of service activation and quality, as well as contract management;
  • Establishment of a close and effective relationship between clients and the company through visits, meetings and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in corporate sales, with both Hunter and Farmer profiles;
  • Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Fortinet and Check Point;
  • Proactive approach to proposing innovative brand promotion ideas and continuous improvement;
  • Strong focus on meeting targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with CRM (Bitrix);
  • Sales-related certifications.
