About the role
- Account management with real insight: you support campaigns from planning through to reporting and keep all relevant aspects in view.
- Operational, hands-on contribution: you brief, coordinate, document and follow up on topics — together with a team that values collaboration and reliability.
- Structure instead of unnecessary stress: you work with common communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft) and follow established processes without agency chaos.

Requirements
- Initial professional experience (at least 1–2 years) in account management or in a comparable role within digital or performance marketing
- Enjoy clear, reliable communication and a structured, dependable way of working
- Curiosity, a sense of responsibility and the ability to say: “I don’t know (yet) — but I’ll find out.”
- Basic understanding of campaign processes, tools and timings, or the motivation to acquire this knowledge quickly
- Team player mentality, reliability and the desire to work in an environment that values quality, collaboration and substance.
