About the role
- Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including assisting with RFPs and RFIs
- Maintain and update ii’s Third-Party supplier database and support stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Support onboarding of new third parties including due diligence and risk assessments
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate service issues or risks
- Gather and analyse supplier risk data (financial stability, cybersecurity posture)
- Ensure suppliers comply with relevant regulations and internal controls (FCA, Data Protection, Operational Resilience)
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and risk assessments
- Assist in preparing management reports/dashboards on third-party performance and risk exposure
- Track contract renewals, expiries and key contractual obligations
- Collate management information for internal/external audits and support internal training and attestation of Supplier Risk Management policies
Requirements
- To be at least 18 years old as of 1st October 2025
- Be a UK/EEA citizen or have lived in the UK/EEA continuously for the last 3 years
- To be eligible to work in the UK and not in full-time education
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C (new grades 9 to 4)
- You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject
