• The Head of Design manages and oversees the creative design function of the marketing team and ensures design continuity across the organization. The head of design will lead the company’s creative and branding initiatives, applying the brand standard guidelines in creative materials, and ensure they are consistently applied for a holistic brand experience for our audiences. The head of design will manage one marketing designer (with the potential to grow the team in the future) and any design agencies or freelancers, and will take on design projects themselves.
