About the role
- Monitor the entire operational import process, from cargo shipment abroad to delivery to the client;
- Check shipping documents;
- Verify the need for an Import License (LI);
- Prepare and file Import License (LI) and Import Declaration (DI/DUIMP);
- Calculate costs involved in the operation;
- Issue ICMS tax and exemption guides, perform inquiries and payments in the Mercante system;
- Perform follow-up with clients and maintain contact with carriers, freight forwarders, insurers and other stakeholders, ensuring the flow and compliance of the entire process;
- Other related duties.
Requirements
- Experience in import operations;
- Knowledge of import legislation;
- Behavioral skills: good interpersonal relationships, organization, strong attention to detail, resilience under pressure, learning orientation, and teamwork.
