About the role
- Manage multiple accounts in POD; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Campaign Management and Product on day-to-day operational processes including, optimization, troubleshooting and QA.
- Work closely with Global Insights Reporting Team and Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed.
- Partner with internal crossfunctional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal.
- Work with Global Insights Reporting Team to prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
- Manage weekly and finalization strategy and documentation with campaign management and ops.
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow up to closure on open issues.
- Identify and engage opportunities to upsell and cross sell new products, personas and business units within existing customer accounts.
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota carrying B2B software/technology or demand generation sales, and closing complex sales cycles.
- Consistent track record of meeting or over-achieving quota.
- Experience closing transactions to line of business executives.
- Experience closing transactions with B2B agencies.
- Experience selling B2B intent data software, content syndication, and programmatic display in the B2B technology space.
- Desired Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders.
- Experience closing $1M+ transactions.
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack (Marketo, Eloqua) and B2B publishers/media.
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong customer references.
