Engineer

• Design, integrate, test, and support embeddable translation widgets (WST) for enterprise websites
• Deliver secure, performant, and reliable machine translation (MT) experiences
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and high-quality products
• Create lightweight, resilient, embeddable via solutions on client websites, SPAs, CMSs, and storefronts
• Handle complex in‑page scenarios (DOM mutation/virtual DOM changes, Shadow DOM, iframes)
• Analyze and manipulate network traffic
• Plan test scope per integration, unit tests, manual smoke/regression checks, cross‑browser sanity checks, basic performance sanity
• Triage production issues, run root-cause analysis, and deliver stable fixes
• API integrations (internal + external): use REST basics, auth (API key/OAuth2), retries/backoff, simple pagination/streaming (SSE), LLM APIs (e.g., Gemini/OpenAI)
• Design and deliver microservices, connectors, custom solutions (Node.js/Python)

• Writing and correcting scripts and Jupyter notebooks for MT and AI evaluation and maintenance
• Providing technical guidance on linguistic matters to the development team
• Fine-tuning Large Language Models and preparing AI workflows for client needs
• Researching and implementing innovations in the field of Machine Translation, MT quality estimation, and Generative AI
