About the role

  • Design, implementation and continuous improvement of processes in the SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Provide technical consulting to our clients across the entire project lifecycle – from requirements analysis to rollout
  • Configure and extend SAP CX solutions in the Sales & Service area
  • Integrate the Sales & Service Cloud into existing system landscapes (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, third-party systems)
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers and other consultants in interdisciplinary project teams
  • Support the development and refinement of our internal solution approaches and methodologies

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or equivalent qualification
  • Project experience in SAP consulting, especially within SAP Customer Experience (CX) with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud
  • Experience with the side-by-side extension concept of the SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with sales, service and CRM processes – preferably within the energy industry
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud technologies, APIs and interfaces
  • Very good German and good English language skills
