About the role
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential and existing customers, making sure to provide top-notch service in English.

- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services during calls.
- Collaborate with team members to improve scripts and call strategies, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries confidently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-starter with a “get things done” attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating online.
