Handling of inbound calls from customers assisting them with processing bankruptcy questions and answer related questions.
Know how bankruptcy cases are processed in Bankruptcy system (RMICW)
Receive spreadsheets of accounts identified that need appropriate action, ETF’s, pause, Conversions, Dismissals, Discharges, Disconnects and Add/remove accounts from cases, mail etc, etc.
Each agent will learn offline work to process in between phone calls.
Special Projects- need to be ready to work them when they come up.
Maintain the productivity, quality, phone utilization, and attendance standards of the department at all times.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer operations and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
Strong professional skills with a positive and adaptable attitude.
Ability to quickly adjust to procedural changes.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Efficiently manage a high volume of emails daily.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify changes in documentation from customers.
Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to:
Add and remove information in cells
Highlight and format cells
Add and delete rows
Navigate between cells and tabs within the same file
Perform basic cell formatting
