About the role

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated with a degree in engineering or a technology-related field.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.

  • Experience in customer support.
  • Knowledge of geotechnical engineering / geotechnical instrumentation / geotechnical monitoring systems.
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
  • Prior experience managing a client portfolio.
  • Experience working with risk operations (industry, gas/energy).
  • Basic programming and SQL skills.
