About the role
- Provide live support to clients via video calls and chat.
- Assist in gathering data for reported support tickets.
- Assist in creating monthly reports.
- Track and follow up on tickets with the team.
- Maintain proactive follow-up with clients.
- Conduct alignment/coordination meetings with clients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or graduated with a degree in engineering or a technology-related field.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Strong planning, engagement, and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer support.
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering / geotechnical instrumentation / geotechnical monitoring systems.
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
- Prior experience managing a client portfolio.
- Experience working with risk operations (industry, gas/energy).
- Basic programming and SQL skills.
