About the role
- Support Product Managers in day-to-day product activities, including research, documentation, and coordination across teams
- Assist with gathering and organizing customer, market, and user insights to help inform product decisions and go-to-market strategy
- Help document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria under supervision
- Assist in tracking product initiatives, timelines, and dependencies
- Explore and apply new AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation, analytics assistants) to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency
- Help prepare internal materials such as product updates, release notes, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including engineering, UX, client services, and sales to understand how products are built and delivered
- Learn how IMO Health’s core clinical data products connect to user experiences and workflows
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, healthcare, technology, data science, publich health, or a related field
- Strong interest in product management, healthcare technology, or clinical data
- Ability to organize information, document findings, and communicate clearly
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort asking questions
- Basic familiarity with agile concepts, product development, or healthcare systems is a plus, but not required
