Manager

• Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, reporting standards, and project controls.
• Monitor overall portfolio health, delivery performance, and risks, proactively intervening to ensure consistent quality and project success.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, providing executive sponsorship for strategic engagements.
• Ensure project outcomes align with client objectives and business value, while supporting teams in navigating complex client challenges.
• Manage the delivery portfolio against financial, operational, and client success metrics.
• Support teams in balancing scope, budgets, and profitability, while identifying and mitigating commercial risks early.
• Develop and improve delivery methodologies and standards.
• Foster a collaborative culture through forums, knowledge sharing, and mentoring, ensuring teams are equipped to resolve obstacles and maintain accountability.
• Maintain an active, hands-on client-facing presence (minimum 75% billable contribution) to provide strategic advisory, delivery assurance, and senior leadership on major engagements.
