About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement HubSpot for clients, including portal configuration, data migration, workflow automation, and go-live
  • Build workflows, automations, sequences, and reporting dashboards for clients' revenue operations
  • Support client sales operations in HubSpot, including pipeline configuration, deal stages, and forecasting views
  • Build and maintain Intellibright's outbound HubSpot infrastructure, including sequences, cadences, list management, and CRM hygiene
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot platforms and provide direct platform expertise to clients and strategists
  • Administer existing client HubSpot portals through data hygiene, workflow upkeep, and user support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client HubSpot issues and reconfiguration needs
  • Grow Intellibright's HubSpot practice, partner tier standing, and HubSpot-related client revenue
  • Bring HubSpot roadmap developments back to the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub
  • Experience with data migration, workflow and automation building, integrations, and portal configuration
  • Working knowledge of sales operations, including pipeline structure, deal stages, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Comfortable supporting external clients and an internal team simultaneously
  • HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
  • Agency or multi-client experience preferred
  • Based in Austin, TX, with required in-office presence Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Comfortable owning builds from scratch rather than executing someone else's specification
  • Collaborative approach with sales, strategists, and clients
