About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage timelines, task assignments, and deliverables across SEO, Paid Ads, Websites, Social, and Strategy projects
Coordinate day-to-day operations within a portfolio of multiple client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations
Facilitate internal check-ins and client status meetings to keep everyone aligned
Track project milestones, update stakeholders, and escalate risks or blockers when needed
Maintain clean documentation, timelines, and project management tools like Jira
Support process improvements that help our team operate more efficiently
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
Strong attention to detail, with a knack for breaking big goals into bite-sized tasks
Excellent communication skills—you’re confident leading meetings and following up with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables (e.g., SEO audits, ad campaigns, website builds)
Experience using project management tools like Jira
Ability to prioritize across multiple projects without losing momentum
Positive attitude and a collaborative team player
Must be Austin-based or willing to relocate (hybrid schedule requires in-person work 3 days/week)
Agency or multi client experience preferred
